Das Herzstück meines Apartmenthaus-Konzepts ist diese wunderschön renovierte und gestaltete Loft-Wohnung. Sie verfügt über hohe Decken und ein 20m² großes Netz über dem Wohnzimmer. Genug Platz für kleinere Partys und eine Sitzgelegenheit für 10-12 Personen in der Essküche. (Schlafmöglichkeiten für maximal 9 Personen)
Schlafzimmer 1: Großes romantisches rundes Bett, Schlafzimmer 2: 2 Einzelbetten, Galerie: Doppelbett und eine Matratze in der Leseecke. Ausziehbares Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer (sehr bequem).
Einzigartiges Design, Popcorn-Maschine und ein Retro-Flipper Kasten stehen zur Verfügung. Für größere Anlässe können zusätzliche Apartments gebucht werden, so dass im Haus maximal 18-20 Personen übernachten können. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Galerie auf eigene Gefahr betreten werden sollte. Hier gelangt man über eine Leiter in einen Raum, in dem maximal 3 Personen schlafen können (Doppelbett und eine Matratze in der Leseecke neben dem Netz). Es ist gesetzlich gesichert, jedoch kann der Zugang über die Leiter herausfordernd sein. Essen, Trinken und Gegenstände auf dem Netz sind verboten. Das Netz dient zum Entspannen (kein Toben). Ich empfehle das Loft für Kinder ab 5-6 Jahren. Eltern haften für ihre Kinder. Der Zugang zur Leiter ist abschließbar.
The centerpiece of my apartment building concept is this beautifully renovated and designed loft apartment. It features high ceilings and a 20m² net above the living room. Plenty of space for smaller parties and seating for 10-12 people in the dining kitchen. (Sleeping accommodations for a maximum of 9 people)
Bedroom 1: Large romantic round bed, Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, Gallery: Double bed and a mattress in the reading corner. Pull-out sofa bed in the living room (very comfortable).
Unique design, popcorn machine, and a retro pinball machine are available. For larger events, additional apartments can be booked, allowing for a maximum of 18-20 people to stay in the house. Please note that entering the gallery should be done at your own risk. Here, you can climb a ladder to access a room where a maximum of 3 people can sleep (double bed and a mattress in the reading corner next to the net). It is legally secured, but accessing it via the ladder may be challenging. Eating, drinking, and placing objects on the net are prohibited. The net is for relaxation (no playing). I recommend the loft for children aged 5-6 and above. Parents are responsible for their children. Access to the ladder is lockable.
